Working in Real Estate Industry, and renovating in the past, I know it’s always best to get a contractor from recommendation!

Mike was referred to me by a mutual acquaintance. There were a few projects that I wanted to do in my home. I am a mother, have a busy real estate practice and a Board member in a local organization. I do not have a lot of free time to supervise other work, or do a lot of follow-up and I needed someone reliable and trustworthy when I decided to renovate. I found that with Mike Krakowski! My experience with Mike and Prime Construction, was positive from beginning to end. It started with one project, so I could assess his renovation skill, reliability and total cost. To my surprise, Mike showed up every day when he said he would, worked a solid day, quoted the jobs with accuracy and was reasonable in his costs. What I was most impressed with, was that I felt that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the work that he did for me. He is customer-focused. Mike always seemed to know what to do, or be able to source out how to get a project done. As one project completed, I was inspired to do something else. With each renovation, I found I loved my home even more!

I have to say that I couldn’t have done all that I did in my home, if I didn’t have Mike there to support me through the process!

We hired Mike to do all the tile work in our extensive home renovation including front and side entrance, fireplace, a powder room, and three full bathrooms. Of the four contractors interviewed we were most confident with Mike and were very happy with the work done. This included three curbless showers with linear drains which Mike seemed to have special expertise in doing. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He kept the work area as clean as possible, disposed of all debris, was very thorough, stayed on budget, and was punctual sticking to schedule.
